El Paraiso

El Paraiso is a farm in Santa Maria de Dota, a Tarrazu producing area at 1900 meters above sea level. The farm was acquired by Omar Calderon in 2014 and only grows exotic varieties, which makes its management different from our other farms. This is its fourth year of production, so the plants are at the maximum growth point.

The farm extends to 8 hectares, where you can find Gesha,F1 and Villalobos varieties. Each is collected and selected separately, and when they are taken to a micro-mill, they are ground separately and dried on a bed in Africa for about 15-18 days.
