About 15 years ago, we began to grow some varieties of coffee, such as Villa Sarchi, Geisha M2, San Roque. This year's St. Roque grape variety, used for the Excellence Award, has been sown for three years. The farm is named Edgar in honor of our father, Edgar Aguilera Bonilla, who died at the age of 96. Don Edgar taught us coffee production from an early age. It is worth mentioning that our father was the first person to grow coffee in the small town of Los Robles de Naranjo. He devoted most of his life to growing coffee.
