The difference between latte and cappuccino which is more bitter, refreshing and sweeter

And when the milk is heated, lactose breaks down into monosaccharides that are easily perceived by the taste, such as glucose, which makes lattes sweeter in taste. So cappuccino is more bitter than latte in taste.
