It is very unusual to try to make espresso and dilute it with milk (at least there is no espresso machine). I don't know if the water will become saturated, but you may try to brew in more water and then add cream, which is more typical.

Since I don't have a machine yet, what I do is as follows:

Spoon quantity: 6ml

Put a pile of coffee spoons in a steel glass.

Add 60ml boiling water to it, stir and hold for 6 minutes.

Then I added 200 ml of hot milk with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

Use a filter to filter the mixture.

For most people's taste, six minutes is a bit long; four minutes is more typical. By overbrewing coffee, you may get a coffee that is more bitter than necessary.

Total drinks ranging from 6ml to 260ml are very weak; try approaching 30ml to 200ml as a more typical starting ratio, which can then be adjusted according to taste.

In addition, make sure the water is at the proper brewing temperature (without a thermometer, boil it and turn it off for a few seconds). Do not use metal glasses that dissipate heat quickly; use glass or ceramics.
