If you are not a heavy coffee lover, or just want to enjoy a relaxing coffee time after busy work, these three coffee machines are perfect for you.

There is no shortage of ways to make coffee in this world. If you have no taste, no shame about your coffee taste, or even no guard against trans fatty acids in your coffee partner, drink instant coffee. Of course, you can also choose a coffee percolator that can be heated on the stove, a coffee brewer, an artificial dumping coffee maker and a unique Philharmonic coffee press, but if you want to have easy access to energetic black drinks every morning (and you don't want to spend a lot of money), you may need to buy a coffee maker.

There are hundreds of coffee machines, some are good, some are bad, and most of them are in the middle. In order to find out which coffee machines are worth your money, Sam Kieldsen, editor of the famous American product review website Stuff.com, has conducted a large number of trials-and of course drank a lot of coffee-and recommended four coffee machines. However, picky "Youwu" editors believe that one of them is not suitable for Chinese consumers in terms of appearance, price and convenience, so this article recommends only three of them.

Panasonic NC-ZA1 (domestic price is 7821.00 yuan)

Suitable for the crowd: lazy but unique taste espresso lovers

Panasonic NC-ZA1 is a coffee machine that turns coffee beans into espresso: it uses whole coffee beans, grinds them, and mixes hot water with these ground beans under certain pressure to make a cup of mellow coffee. But the resemblance to other coffee makers ends here, because unlike the old espresso machine, the NC-ZA1 process is almost automated-and can be controlled on a touch screen.

You don't even have to worry about coffee leftovers right away: they just fall into a small box that just needs to be cleaned regularly. Like a 1.4L water tank, this small box can slide out from the front of the machine, which means you don't have to move the machine away from the wall and laboriously pull out the residue box from the back of the machine every few cups of coffee. This is a good design, especially for tanks that often need to be filled with water: every time you turn on the machine, the tank automatically flushes down the pipe to keep it clean, which may be a bit of a mountain out of a molehill, but it ensures that every cup of coffee made by NC-ZA1 is mellow.

The first espresso we made was a bit disappointing: too much water and a light taste. "maybe the machine can't make good coffee," we muttered. " But the second cup is much better: the rich silky taste is accompanied by a particularly attractive layer of milk foam. This is actually at the same level as the Sage coffee machine, which is more expensive but requires more manual operation.

The coffee maker comes with straws that can be put into milk cans (or Panasonic's own optional "milk can" accessories), so you can make a cup of milk coffee or foam your coffee. You can also adjust the ratio of coffee, water and milk and the temperature before making coffee, and you can save four personal favorite settings in advance in the machine. In addition, you can also use hot water quickly made by the machine to make tea.

The cleaning of the machine is basically done through a preset program (the machine will remind you when it needs to be cleaned), although the soaking kit needs to be removed and cleaned regularly (but as mentioned earlier, the residue box can be easily removed from the front).

Touch screens are relatively common (because they are resistive screens rather than capacitive screens, so you have to exert some force to sense correctly), but this is enough for your use. If you are interested in advanced design, the overall machine design will be to your taste.

Considering that this is Panasonic's first product on the coffee machine, it is already quite amazing. Its overall shape is a bit large, and because of its clean flushing function, the water tank needs to be constantly filled with water, but in addition, NC-ZA1 is an excellent coffee maker with coffee bean processing.

Conclusion: coffee from the future! This robot barista is already great, but Panasonic would be more perfect if it could make a few more adjustments.

Delong Nestl é Jovia series capsule coffee machine (domestic price 815.00 yuan)

Suitable for the crowd: busy but not so busy business people who like to drink instant coffee.

The slim and sleek fuselage uses Nestl é Dolce Gusto ®'s capsule coffee design, and the Jovia series tries to position itself between lazy convenience and rigorous coffee making.

It is reasonably priced (£70 on Argos at the time of this writing; around £4 for a box of 16 encapsulated coffee on Dolce Gusto) and is easy to assemble and use: first fill a detachable water tank with cold water, put your favorite coffee capsule flavor in a slippery capsule holder, place the cup under the nozzle and press the switch. After that, when the light changes from red to green (only a few seconds), the coffee machine is ready, and you can choose to move the lever left and right, with cold water on the left and hot water on the right, until you have all the coffee you need. Finally, slide out the capsule holder, take out the used capsule and throw it away.

This is the capsule coffee machine, which requires little cleaning and maintenance except occasionally emptying the drip tank, flushing the detachable water tank and filling it with water. The water tank of the Jovia series is not large (0.8L), so you need to add water to the tank more frequently. Its drip slot position is adjustable-you can choose between the third position according to the height of the cup to avoid coffee leakage.

The coffee maker does not contain a steam nozzle that can heat milk and make foam, but Dolce Gusto's capsule coffee has its own unique way. Some coffee drinks such as cappuccino and latte are made from two capsules: a coffee capsule and a special milk capsule with detailed dosage instructions on the capsule lid. Milk in capsules is not as delicious as freshly milked milk. I'm sure you agree with this view, but after all, it doesn't take much effort and won't make a mess.

What does the coffee made by this capsule coffee machine taste like? It's actually delicious, especially when you choose espresso with a beautiful layer of milk foam on it, and it's hard not to think about how such coffee is made. Of course, coffee lovers can beat Jovia coffee makers in taste with a £25 Philharmonic coffee press, but this coffee maker is really convenient and easy to use.

Conclusion: the Jovia series capsule coffee machine is not suitable for heavy coffee drinkers, but its simplicity is really attractive, moderately priced and approachable.

Morphy Richards espresso machine (domestic price is 1080.00 yuan)

Suitable for people: aspiring baristas who start with the rapid production of espresso.

A bigger, thicker, and stronger choice than Jovia. The Morphy Richards coffee maker is part of the company's range of specialty kitchen appliances, and it also looks cool, with a brushed metal front surface and a drip slot. In terms of size, its design is compact enough to be easily placed on the table of traditional cabinets.

A suitable coffee machine should be able to make single-or double-dose espresso. The Morphy Richards coffee maker's nozzle has two nozzles that allow you to make two cups of coffee at the same time, it has a professional steam nozzle to foam, and the tank capacity can reach a pretty good 1.2L, which means you don't have to refill water after making three cups of coffee. In addition to ground coffee, it can also use E.S.E. Capsule coffee (we have not been able to test this function, but they are designed like ordinary espresso, and we believe they should be no problem with their use).

After tasting the espresso and latte made by this coffee machine, we felt quite satisfied. The production of milk foam is not particularly good, but the coffee made under 15kpa pressure is delicious and smooth, and the milk foam on the surface also has a beautiful color.

This coffee maker requires more cleaning and maintenance than the Jovia, and you need to clean the foam nozzle after each use, but it is also easy to operate, with only three buttons (coffee, strength, milk heating control) and a knob (foam making).

In the same standard coffee machine, the price of the Morphy Richards coffee machine is quite low, making this ideal and affordable coffee maker the first choice for enjoying the world's top home espresso maker.

Conclusion: a coffee machine with good practicality and appearance and high performance-to-price ratio makes you bid farewell to instant coffee and the way of brewing coffee in a coffee pot.
