Venice-born designer LucaNichetto works full of tension, with strong personal characteristics.

In early 2014, this series of unique and traditional coffee group sets were launched in partnership with Mj ö lk, which continues its style, but there are many stories behind the design, which brings a lot of charm to the design.

The idea for the "Sucabaruca" coffee group came from their meeting with John Baker and Juli Daousti in September 2013.

At that time, they were at the Toronto Gallery, and they asked Luca to design products that fit their gallery style, preferably by making use of some unique local culture or resources.

Caff è Florian, the oldest coffee shop in Europe, is located in the town where Luca was born in Venice, so he has a deep affection for coffee.

So Luca came up with the original idea of designing a coffee group. He wanted to combine the modern drinking etiquette of Didi coffee commonly used in North America and Scandinavia with the century-old traditional coffee culture in his hometown town.
