First of all, take a look at the shape, and then explain the principle of making coffee one by one.
This is the device in the coffee pot, the rest is a shell, there is nothing left, and the cone below is a lid with a small hole to enter the water. the principle is to spray a small part of the water under the cone up the iron pipe by heating and pressurizing it, and then filter it through the powder trough above when the free fall falls. The coffee concentration can be controlled according to the cycle time, and the coffee concentration can be identified by the color of the coffee sprayed from the transparent round window on the lid. The black plastic in the middle is the scale.
The cone at the bottom of the device is placed in the pot to coincide with the base, forming an airtight space. In the upper hole, whenever the hot water is ejected upward, the air pressure leaks out, and the water flows into the small conical space through the hole to continue pressurized heating and spray again.
