I like slow life and coffee culture. I want to open a coffee shop with good taste. Surrounded by plants and a comfortable atmosphere, the shop is filled with a faint aroma of coffee, which is what I imagine small and medium-sized shops look like.

Later, after doing market research with my boyfriend, I found that although there are already several large and medium-sized cafes in Xianning, there are mainly young people, which are really suitable for young people's "taste." there are no small cafes that simply sell coffee drinks. So I decided to go back to Xianning and start my own coffee business.

It took me two months to prepare. I first went to Changsha friends' store to learn how to make coffee. When I came back, I began to look for facades, decorate and buy facilities and equipment.

Although the original intention of opening a coffee shop is just for hobbies and entrepreneurial dreams, it is not easy to keep the shop running.

There are always more ways than difficulties. My friends suggested that the coffee shop wanted to do well by taste and quality, so I went to the bar and dessert shop run by my friends in Wuhan to learn how to make cocktails and desserts, and the variety of coffee was also increasing. Because they treat people sincerely, the store often does some sales activities, and there are more and more repeat customers.

With the improvement of citizens' material living standards and the increasingly exuberant demand for leisure consumption, cafes are becoming more and more popular. I am still optimistic about the market prospect of cafes. Chen Jie told the reporter that although she did not recover the investment cost until now, she enjoyed the process of starting a business and enjoyed her free, full and busy life.
