Today, I would like to introduce to you one of the simplest and fastest coffee extraction methods, the French kettle! It only takes 3 minutes to brew delicious coffee at home!
The first step, of course, is to boil hot water, so we can start grinding powder while we boil water. The powder required by the French press is relatively thick, so it is easy to grind the beans by hand. If it is a machine, for example, the Taiwan Little Eagle is ground to the 4th degree.
The second step is to press the pot with hot water, pour in the 7~10g/ coffee powder, then pour in the hot water (120~180ml/). Pour in the hot water and stir with a chopstick to let all the coffee powder touch the hot water evenly, then close the lid and wait for 3 minutes.
The third step is to wait for time to press down the filter, gently press the speed is not too fast.
Then you can enjoy the delicious coffee! The French kettle is definitely the most convenient and quickest way to make coffee. The only disadvantage of French pressure is that the coffee will have a powdery texture, mainly because there is no filter paper, so the coffee grounds are still in the liquid, but it is precisely because there is no filter paper that the coffee oil is well preserved. Remember to open the used French kettle and wash it well. Be sure to remove the strainer and clean it carefully, because the middle strainer often leaves a lot of coffee grounds.
