4. Boiler:

In order to prolong the service life of boiler, if the machine is not used for a long time, please turn off the power supply and turn on the steam switch to completely release the pressure in the boiler. After the boiler pressure gauge indicates zero and the steam is no longer sprayed, clean the water tray and drain tank (Note: Do not turn off the steam switch at this time. Turn off the steam rod when hot water drips out after the next day to balance the pressure inside and outside the boiler).

5. Water tray:

Before opening or before use, remove the water tray and wipe it with clean water cloth. After drying, install it again.

6. Drain:

Remove the water tray and clean the sediment in the drain with a wet cloth or napkin, and then rinse with hot water to keep the drain unblocked; if the drainage is poor, pour a teaspoon of cleaning powder into the drain and rinse with hot water to dissolve the coffee residue in the drain. 7. Filter cup and filter cup handle:

Rinse with hot water at least once a day to dissolve the coffee oil and sediment remaining on the handle, so as to prevent some oil and sediment from flowing into the coffee during the cooking process and affecting the coffee quality. (Please soak in hot water after cleaning by evening shift staff, and clean once by morning shift)

8. Brewing system and filter cup handle:

Remove the filter cup of any filter cup handle and replace it with a non-porous filter cup for cleaning and disinfection: put a teaspoon of cleaning powder (2- 3g) into the filter cup; embed the filter cup handle into the socket and check whether it is completely tight; press the cleaning button again for 4-5 seconds and then press the button to stop, repeat this for several times, then release the handle, press the cleaning button and shake the handle left and right to wash the inner side of the cooking head washer until the water in the filter cup becomes clean and colorless; Remove the handle after cleaning, press the cleaning button to make the residual cleaning powder in the brewing system flow out, press the button to stop after 1 minute, try to brew a cup of coffee, remove the odor after cleaning;

II. Weekly cleaning and maintenance

1. Filter cup and filter cup handle:

Dissolve the filter cup and handle into the cleaning solution (500ml hot water mixed with 3 tsp cleaning powder) for one day. Dissolve and dilute the residual coffee residue (Note: Do not soak the plastic part of the handle into the cleaning solution, so as not to dissolve the plastic surface of the handle). Rinse all accessories with clean water, wipe with a clean, soft, wet cloth, and replace all accessories.

III. Monthly and quarterly cleaning and maintenance:

1. Cleaning of water softener

Turn off the water to the coffee maker. Turn the valve to the right 180 degrees to release pressure, and when the pressure is released, turn the valve to the left 90 degrees to enter the closed state. Lower valve right 90 degrees into the closed state. Open the softening lid, put in one kilogram of salt, soak for 8 hours or one night, reset the softening lid, adjust the upper valve to the left 90 degrees, adjust the lower valve to the right 90 degrees, open the water source, rinse for half an hour, until there is no smell. Turn the lower valve to the left 180 degrees, turn on the power switch, and you can use the coffee machine.

Maintenance cleaning cycle: 1 month

2. filter replacement

Turn off the water source power supply and open the filter with a special handle to replace the filter element. After replacement, turn on the water source to check the water source.

3. Brewing head filter cleaning

4. Seal ring of brewing head

The sealing ring of the brewing head is engaged with the powder filling handle for a long time, and plays a sealing role with the powder filling handle under high pressure. The sealing ring of the brewing head of the coffee machine will be carbonized due to the high temperature for a long time and the accumulation of the powder filling handle, so that it loses its sealing effect. When there is brewing coffee machine head coffee along the nose outward leakage, coffee flow is not accurate. The brewing seal should be replaced at this time.

IV. Coffee machine use some precautions

1. Do not use the coffee machine without water.

2. Before operating the coffee machine, please note that the boiler pressure indicator reaches the green area (1- 1.2 bar) before use: the temperature of the steam stick, hot water outlet pipe and cooking outlet is very high, please do not expose your hands nearby to avoid damage caused by high temperature.

3. Please note that the pressure gauge value is in the green area (8-10bar) when pumping water from the stabilizer motor.

4. To prevent overheating hazard, please keep the power supply smooth, ventilation inlet, outlet can not be blocked: warm cup holder except cups and plates can not be covered with towels or similar things.

5. The cup must be completely dry before it can be placed on the warm cup holder: Do not place other items on the warm cup holder except for the cup plate.

6 If you do not use the coffee machine for a long time, please turn off the power and completely release the pressure in the boiler of the machine.

7. Machine equipment and any accessories can not be used wire, steel brush and other items scrub: must use wet cloth news scrub.

8. Place the coffee powder into the handle of the filter cup and carefully compact with the press handle.
