R500E uses the pt100 probe with the highest detection accuracy and the Omron thermometer, the first in the field of industrial temperature collection, to achieve a temperature measurement error of 0.2% (2% for other products of the same class, with a difference of 10 times. If the K-type probe is used, the error will be doubled to 20 times). The temperature feedback period is 5% seconds, and the temperature parameters of the machine feedback are almost zero error and zero delay.

Through perfect design and repeated experiments, we finally realized the design of the shaftless inner pot and realized the ideal movement curve of coffee beans in the inner pot!
R500E has a designed baking capacity of 100-600g. The standard of this design is not only to be able to bake evenly, but also to achieve the most accurate baking temperature feedback and firepower control at this baking capacity! This makes it possible for this machine to meet the needs of individual users to bake a small amount of boutique coffee as well as the daily consumption of small cafes.
Another advantage of this design is that we are the only machine in China that can bake stably and evenly under all baking quantities, whether it is as small as ten grams or much more than the designed baking. only the accuracy of temperature feedback and firepower control during baking will be slightly reduced, but this has little effect on the baking results.

There is a basic conflict between the appearance and function of the hand-held cooling tray. The right angle of the square cooling plate is not easy to spill when pouring beans, but the shape is not liked by most users, while the round cooling plate is exquisite in shape but easy to spill out when pouring beans. So we redesigned this product called Simling Tray (smile disk). The top half is covered, leaving an exit for pouring beans, which solves the contradiction between ease of use and exquisite appearance. At the same time, the slotting of the cover plate on the top cover does not affect the air flow and has no effect on the cooling effect.
