Introduction to the method of siphon coffee brewing
Many people like the precision of siphon cooking with a touch of laboratory flavor. Watching the water rise as the water boils, the coffee extracted into black drops, step by step in the hands of the coffee maker. Using an Italian coffee maker often leaves part of the process to a machine, and siphon coffee seems to satisfy some people who like to do-it-yourself DIY.
Introduction to the making method of siphon pot:
1. Wipe the pot with a dry cloth and adjust the height of the alcohol lamp.
2. Add 95 °hot water to the pot, wipe the outer surface of the pot, make sure there is no water on the outside surface, and light the alcohol lamp to heat the pot.
3. Assemble the filter and filter paper (or clean filter cloth) and install it at the bottom of the pot.
4. Insert the upper pot, and the hot water will be poured into the upper pot from the lower pot.
5. When the temperature of the kettle reaches 85 °, pour in the ground coffee powder
6. Stir, the powder is fully moistened, time is 30 seconds
7. Cross stirring 3 times, time 10 seconds
8. Stir gently and evenly for 5-6 times, remove the alcohol lamp, extinguish the flame, and quickly wipe the pot with a wet cloth.
9. Warm cup and taste
