In Taiwan, when it comes to coffee roasters, we have to mention classic models such as 500g Pegasus bean roasters-500g 800N, 1kg 801N, 4kg 803N and so on. After more than 10 years of production and sales, the market share of bean roasters in Taiwan is at least 80%! I heard about this brand of bean dryer from time to time when I was a college student ten years ago.

Although I saw fame, I (Bill) never used this bean roaster until the beginning of 2013 this year, when I returned to Taiwan to participate in the coffee roasting competition, which designated the Yang family's 4kg-grade 803N; in addition, I actually came into contact with the 1kg-class 801N when I was on SCAE's Roasting Level 1 / 2. I found that this machine is really good structure, exercise resistance, good texture, man-machine control is even better than some foreign machines!

In addition, the actual baking effect is stable and controllable! It's not because it's cheaper than a machine in the United States, Germany or Japan (after all, we've all played with it, and using an expensive machine doesn't mean you'll make good coffee).

As I was really curious about this series of bean baking machines of the Yang family, I happened to be lucky to win the champion of the Taiwan Baking Competition this year. After the competition, I was introduced by friends and got to know the designers who jointly designed this series of bean baking machines at that time. It is precisely because of this tie-in that I have a better understanding of the connotation and design concept of the Yang bean dryer. I am also grateful to the Yang family for their recognition of the European roaster (the Yang family never put it as an agent easily). The two sides decided to cooperate in depth. European bakery has officially become the specialty of Yang bean baking machine in China.

In 2014, Pegasus launched the PRO series bean dryer, adding a leaf fan to the back end of the boiler, so that two-way air flow will be generated when rotating, and the two-way air flow and heat will form a tornado-like heat convection, which is the main source of heat for PRO. The new inner pot of PRO has the advantages of fast heat absorption and heat dissipation, good uniform temperature effect and leading thermal convection effect.
