Why do you have the idea of opening a coffee shop? Mr. Sakao said that when he was a backpacker in Australia, he deeply felt that it was a daily practice for locals to drink coffee, which is not yet popular in Japan. The local coffee drinking culture makes people feel the splendor of daily life. "for example, your day will start with a cup of coffee or a visit to a cafe. Coffee itself is a slow culture. After returning home, I studied in Paul Bassett, a coffee shop that won the world championship in Japan.
