Visiting shops in France. Coffee in Paris? No, you have good taste.

Professional barista communication, please pay attention to coffee workshop (Weixin Official Accounts cafe_style )

When you first arrive in Paris, you may be as frustrated as I am by the mess of the subway and the graffiti all over the walls. After a few days, I was slowly infected by the free and relaxed atmosphere here, and my footsteps began to slow down.

In the morning, the sky is hazy and gray. Take a slow walk to the bakery on the corner to buy freshly baked croissants. After visiting the art gallery, go to the small shops in Marais District to shop for goods. In the evening, sit by the St. Martin Canal and wait for the sky to turn from red to blue. It fits perfectly with what the ideal holiday should look like.

When it comes to coffee, French enthusiasm for it can be said to be dissolved into the blood. Coffee shops of all sizes are clustered together, tables and chairs even spread to the streets, but fashionable French people seem to enjoy sitting in cafes more than the quality of coffee. Then you might as well escape from the bustling Xiangjie and Lafayette, walk a few more steps to the alley adventure, maybe there will be unexpected surprises.

Café Kitsuné

Café Kitsuné is a coffee shop derived from fashion brand Maison Kitsuné. The first store opened in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo. There are also two branches in Paris. Although the branch in Marais is more spacious and fashionable, I prefer Palais Royal.

It's not far from the Louvre, but tourists are rare. Parisians like to walk here in good weather or sit in the shade and read. The center of the park is full of uniform buckeye trees, and the fashionable shops on both sides are lined. If you have enough time, you can also relax in the chair at the front of the park and watch the fountain feed pigeons.

Dessert is served by local gluten-free pastry shop Noglu, and the fox-shaped cookies are cute and match the brand Logo. Also, the outdoor seats at the entrance are very popular and are always filled with Parisians dressed in foreign clothes. Every time I walk around the gallery, I walk up here, pack a latte and sit in the shade next to the Palais Royal, with fashionable and interesting Parisians, waiting for the light to dim, and if only there was a compliment.

Boot Café

This cafe transformed from an old boot shop is hidden in the most fashionable Marais district in Paris. It still retains the original words "cordonnerie". It is low-key to the point that even the name of the store is not exposed. The blue facade is particularly beautiful. The style is similar to the Beautiful Concept on Yongkang Road in Shanghai. It is also a small street shop with accent.

Boot Café is really mini, there are only 5 seats in total, the guests basically choose to take out, or sit on the geometric colored chair at the door. When I went there, I met an Asian female barista. She was beautiful and gentle. In addition, his family used beans from Berlin Five Elephant, ordered a glass of piccolo, and the taste was as good as imagined.

Although the shop is not big, but inside it can be said to be fully equipped, the shelves on the wall are full of the latest magazines, the flowers on the table are also very fragrant, large cups of yellow sugar are placed casually, there are all kinds of clip art and experience. Grandma's dessert looks delicious, too, but I can't try it. All in all, it is a very comfortable street store. After entering it, it is a special surprise. After refilling the caffeine here, you can continue to visit the Marais area happily. APC, Acne Studios, COS and Merci can be seen within a few steps.

The Broken Arm

The Broken Arm is a small and famous fashion shop in Paris, located in a quiet corner of the 3rd arrondissement, relying on Temple Park, the store is as comfortable as the environment. Adopting the popular buyer shop + cafe mode, the brand collection store has two floors, including Lemaire, Vetements, 3.1 Phillip Lim and other brand items, as well as some global limited edition collections.

In addition to selling fashion and magazine books from all over the world, the café bar on the side is also very tonal. It is often difficult to find one on weekends. You must come early. His beans are supplied by Café Lomi, a local Paris. The coffee machine is standard hot mom. In addition, bread biscuits and salad light food are also provided. It is simple and delicious without burden.

The shop design is mainly white, with retro tiles and wooden tables and chairs, simple and bright, green eyes outside the window, plus good coffee, can't help but want to spend the whole morning here, if the sun is full of afternoon here, it should be even better. Also, his house is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Don't run empty.

Turn right out of The Broken Arm and cross the alley to see OFR, my favorite independent bookstore in Paris, full of art and design publications, as well as a number of out-of-print niche magazines. It was great to meet PAPER CUT Bookstore in Stockholm before, but the collection here is richer, and there is also a small exhibition space, which will hold photography and clothing exhibitions from time to time. I chatted with my boss for a while and gave me a self-published TV series. The content and binding design were very interesting.

Le Comptoir Général

The Canal Saint Martin in the 10th arrondissement is one of the most fantastic areas of Paris. It is very lively when the weather is fine. Everyone likes to sit by the river and bask in the sun. Le Comptoir Général, the coolest cafe in Paris, is hidden in an alley by the river. It takes a lot of thought to find the door. Even if it is hidden so deep, many guests still come here.

From the outside of the building, you can't imagine that there is such a creative space hidden inside. Walking into the retro corridor covered with red carpet and hanging crystal lights, you will be attracted by these historical decorations and have the illusion of turning back time. It was transformed from an abandoned hotel. The LOFT-style lobby was spacious and comfortable. It was full of green plants, and sunlight poured down from the skylight. French retro mixed with rich African flavor.

The interior is cleverly divided into multiple areas, where cafes, antique shops and plant rooms are perfectly integrated, and all kinds of distinctive decorations gather together, but will you feel abrupt? Cabin-shaped bar, old medicine cabinet transformed shelves, large oil drums into tea tables, velvet sofas with tassels hanging down, seemingly decadent but full of surprises everywhere, like a small museum fascinating, people can not shift their attention.

Coutume Café

Coutume Café is not far from Le Bon Marché, which is my favorite coffee shop in Paris. As early as 2013, it was named the best in Paris by Le Figaro newspaper because the owner came from Australia and the French bean roaster studied in Australia, so both the design style of the shop and the taste of the coffee are different from traditional Parisian cafes.

Coffee has hand, Italian, ice drops, siphon and other types to choose from, in Paris many cafes are valuable, in addition to the famous roasting bean master blessing, the quality of coffee naturally will not be poor. This is also a popular brunch place in the city. The meals are full and delicious. The desserts take the simple family route and won't be greasy.

The open-plan design makes the store look bright, with exposed walls and white tiles spliced together, copper pipes and wires randomly arranged on the walls, metal workstations full of plants, and transparent flasks shaped like bottles. These designs seem simple, but the details are eye-catching everywhere.

Coutume Café doesn't offer Wifi, because the store wants guests to enjoy coffee better or communicate face-to-face with friends. Give yourself a cup of coffee time to empty, don't rush to check the map, take photos, perhaps this is the most precious moment of travel.
