Every day, from the moment the sun rises, there are 1 million Mazzer bean grinders in the world to make the best coffee. Mazzer was founded in Venice, Italy in 1948 and quickly became synonymous with a professional coffee grinder and a leader.

Although the bean grinder was controversial at the time, the focus turned to quality and reliability, and Mazzer became an industry benchmark for others to emulate. After 70 years of baptism, Mazzer is still focused on R & D and innovation.

At this year's Shanghai Hotel supplies Show, Mazzer showed you a wide range of commercial coffee grinders, so that librarians and baristas can always choose their favorite bean grinders. Mazzer can meet a variety of needs, from a low-consumption mini to a grinder capable of handling 20kg coffee beans every day, providing a solid guarantee for the smooth operation of your cafe.

Mazzer's latest product line is "ZM", a new field of fine coffee grinder art, a small bean grinder designed for dripping coffee.

ZM bean grinder blossoms new brilliance

Let's take a look at why ZM is a milestone in the Mazzer product line.

First of all, ZM uses innovative technology to cool the bean grinder to maximize the flavor of the coffee. Thanks to the electronically controlled exhaust system and low speed (900rpm (500Hz)-1050rpm (60Hz)), the consistency of each ZM bean mill is ensured. True electric zero calibration ensures the consistency of the ZM bean grinder every day, which ensures the consistency of coffee extraction and sensory characteristics in any situation (such as a chain coffee shop).

The digital grinding correction of the ZM bean grinder allows the barista to adjust in microns between the cutters, so that the setting of the bean grinder is evidence-based, accurate and replicable.

The residual powder of the machine is less than 0.45 grams. This means that the bean grinder officially bid farewell to the era of shortfall, there is no waste. There will be no grinding bin pollution caused by the conversion of different coffee beans. Perfect parallel grinding makes the uniform size of coffee powder evenly distributed in the distributor, independent grinding does not need to be manually adjusted to ensure the correct amount of powder.

ZM has 20 preset modes that can be set by the user through the LCD screen. The bean grinder is also equipped with a new lockable powder receiver, which is convenient for the barista to operate, the bar is no longer contaminated by coffee powder, and the barista can track the performance of the grinder while giving you a neat bar.
