The first step is to fill the pressure filter pot with hot water, that is, to warm the pot

This is because the pressure filter must extract coffee for a long time without additional heat supply.

The second step is to grind the coffee powder while you are in the warm pot.

Do not shake too hard, too much shaking will cause the air to mix in and cause sour and bitter

In addition, some people will ask for a water temperature of about 90 degrees C.

Therefore, it is recommended to put the water from the drinking fountain in a cup and wait for the water temperature to drop to 90 degrees C.

But because I don't have a thermometer,

It is also wishful thinking that the water from the water dispenser is less than 100 degrees (I don't know if I haven't measured it).

So omit this step.

However, it is recommended that you use a thermometer.

Step five, rest.

Needless to say about this step, just wait.

I'm used to putting the handle on.

I am also willing to think that the temperature and aroma will dissipate more slowly.

This step can be called steaming, and there are similar steps between the Saifeng kettle and the hand-flushing pot.

My habit is to wait two minutes.

At this time, we can observe the situation of coffee powder.

Ultra-fresh coffee powder will vomit thick bubbles.

However, after the coffee beans are roasted, they should be kept for a day or two.

The taste will develop in a more balanced way

Step six, stir again.

The purpose of this re-mixing is to mix the coffee powder with water again after the coffee powder has just been steamed.

So that coffee powder can be extracted evenly.

Some of the coffee powder will not be soaked in water, while the other part will only be steamed by steam.

Some people may suggest using tools to stir, such as bamboo slices in the wind kettle and so on.

However, the younger brother thinks wishfully that he can minimize the interference from the outside world.

Maybe the bamboo chips will taste, and maybe the mixing tool will lower the temperature.

Step 7, rest again.

Just like step five, just wait.

I'm used to waiting for a minute at this stage.

Step 8, press the kettle

Step 9, pour out the coffee

But if you don't use any utensils and don't want to drink too much fine powder,

So there will be less powder.

Otherwise, you can also use flannel to filter, so you won't drink fine powder.

However, this technique will also lose some of the aroma.

Because flannel will filter out the grease in the coffee.
