Konga Co-op (Konga Cooperative), founded in 2002, is located in the Yegashev producing area of Ethiopia, with more than 2000 coffee farmers and a harvest area of about 3000 hectares. Because of its proximity to the Konga (Konga) River basin, it takes Konga as the name of the cooperative.
Konga is located in the famous Kaffa forest, and the whole area is a wild coffee forest. There are at least more than 1000 varieties of coffee, which is recognized by experts and scholars as the birthplace of Arabica varieties and the treasure house of coffee genes in the world. Coffee trees do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides during their growth. Although they have not obtained organic certification, they are the most natural organic plants.
