San Carlos (Warrior Manor) comes from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountains of the six largest producing areas in El Salvador, which is located in the west of the country, with a planting height of 500-2365 meters, coffee with sweet / floral / fragrant flavor, chocolate / stone fruit / peach / cream flavor, citrus slight acidity and exquisite taste, and a long-lasting taste.

San Carlos (Warrior Manor) is located in Canton Potrero Grande Arriba, the site of many famous coffee estates in El Salvador, very close to the summit of the Santa Ana volcano. There are amazing landscapes / microclimate patterns / stable rainfall and professional management. The estate is owned by Amadeo Riera y Solsona (a famous doctor). It is currently managed by his son Jaime Riera, a gastroenterologist.
