This Excelso coffee comes from Cascajero Manor, which is one of the member farms of the Coocafisa Cooperative. It is located in the La Urraena district of Betulia, Antioquia, Colombia, at 1720 masl above sea level. Ivan Dario Abbas (Ivan Dario Yapes) nurtured the site, which is Screen 15 Up, a completely Colombian breed. The coffee is washed and fermented for 24 hours, then dried on a raised bed for 6 days.
