The Black Soul of La Lajas Manor

Black Soul Finca Las Lajas Alma Negra of Ras Lajas Manor

Country: Costa Rica

Producing area: central valley

Altitude: 1300-1500 m

Treatment: insolation

Grade: SHB

Variety: Kaddura, Kadoui

Flavor description: Bordeaux honey, pineapple, cider vinegar, wine stains cherry, cream, fermented wine rich and long

The black pearl is as mellow as the name "she". A small amount of spicy black pepper and citrus aromas lead to the rich main aromas of black pearls: strong aromas of rye, walnut, dark chocolate, toast, sweetness, cream, nutty oil and vanilla. The sour taste mainly comes from the unripe mix berry (compound berry) and the freshness of the citrus peel. The sweetness of "her" has the feeling of black sugar and fresh sucrose juice intertwined. There is a hint of tobacco in the whole process of taste. Just like her name-Black Pearl, even if the time turns and the seasons change, it can't change her mellow mystery.
