The three Codiera mountains in Colombia run north and south to the Andes, and local coffee farmers grow coffee along the highlands of these mountains, with diverse climatic production conditions; and because of changes in altitude, a large part of Colombia's coffee industry is produced by smallholder production.

However, unlike the coffee-producing countries in Central America, which are mostly classified by the altitude of their growth, Colombian coffee is distinguished by the size of the bean-shaped mesh, of which the Supremo grade above 17 mesh is the largest, and the next grade is the 16-mesh EXCELSO EXTRA.

St. Augustine (San Agustin) is located in the southwest of Colombia and is a traditional good producing area. In recent years, Colombia attaches great importance to water resources and avoids the use of coffee beans as much as possible, which is similar to the honey treatment in Central America.

Coffee is exposed to the sun with a shell, during which the beans will be stirred from time to time, causing some shell peeling, and the shell will not be removed, polished and polished until it is shipped.

Colombian beans have always been in this style, fruity, but not as sour as Kenyan beans. The coffee has a strong aroma and is never bitter, as if the bitter taste did not exist in the planting process. After the light sour taste, the coffee tastes palatable, and finally it is a little bit sweet.
