Manzhongtian, a place name, is located in Manzhongtian Village, Bengnong Village Committee, Yixiang Town, Simao District, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province.

This is the site of Starbucks China Coffee Partnership Aiyi Group's 30,000 mu ranch and rainforest coffee garden, located in Pu'er, the "coffee capital of China".

In 2010, Howard Schultz, president and CEO of Starbucks, went to Pu'er in 2010 and praised: the coffee beans grown here are "red" (very red) and "good" (very good). He even said that choosing Pu'er as a treasure land to grow coffee is undoubtedly a "coffee gold mine".

In 2012, JeremyMakeford, an international coffee cup tasting master with 46 years of coffee tasting experience, praised Manaka's coffee as comparable to Blue Mountain Coffee and gave it a high score of 81.5.

Thirty years ago, Liu Minghui, the founder of Aiyi Group, "Chinese Coffee Coffee Cowboy", went out here and brought Yunnan Pu'er Coffee to the international coffee market for the first time. His Ai'er Coffee is available in 54 countries, including Europe and the United States.

Manzhongtian, this godsend land has unique geographical and climatic conditions, next to the Manlao River, with an average elevation of 1500 meters, high-altitude coffee has a long growth cycle, this kind of coffee accumulates rich nutrients, flavor, taste and first-class quality Manzhongtian Coffee Manor is on the shady side of the mountain, with an average temperature of 10-22 degrees and a short average sunshine time, creating the best growth environment for shade-loving plants like coffee; organic fertilizer is used throughout the process here, and the comprehensive pasture is doing its best to transport organic fertilizer for the coffee of Manzhongtian Manor.

This is the first rainforest coffee planting model in China. Without destroying the rainforest, according to the growth habits of coffee, coffee is planted in the rainforest, using existing rainforest trees to "shade" and "moisturize" coffee trees, and making use of the natural conditions of the rainforest to grow first-class coffee.

The raw coffee beans and roasted beans (powder) here have passed EU organic product certification, Chinese organic product certification, Starbucks CP certification and rainforest coffee certification.

In order to improve the variety of coffee in Yunnan and increase the output of coffee in Yunnan, Aiyi Group has been cooperating with Starbucks Agronomic Center and Institute of Thermal Economics of Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences since 2011. a total of 33 new coffee varieties, including Kaddura, Verasage, Kaduai 44 and Kadu Regina, have been introduced from abroad for experimental cultivation. This is the coffee seed gene bank. The new product has been successfully planted and will be promoted in coffee plantations throughout Yunnan.

Coffee is grown in the mountains. After hand-picking, coffee farmers will use tractors or pick-up trucks to transport fresh coffee fruit down the mountain and go to the coffee processing plant for peeling and glue treatment. After six kilograms of fresh coffee fruit treatment, there is about one kilogram of coffee with shell beans.

At the foot of Manzhongtian Manor, there is a clearing with 220 tanning beds with dense holes, covered with freshly peeled coffee beans. Dry for a week or so and put it in a bag and pull it to the Starbucks joint venture in the city for sampling and testing. If it is qualified, it will be shelled and weighed in many ways, and finally put into a 60kg sack for export or domestic sale.
