For producers, they must meet the specified project conditions (including the identified area, the elevation of the place of production, approved varieties, the most appropriate soil, the most appropriate agricultural technology, and the obligation to participate in the guarantee program). Only after passing the above conditions can the designated certified farm be marked with the logo of the CACCER certified farm. The relevant quality needs to be in line with the SCAA evaluation method of more than 75 cup aroma evaluation.
