The Hama cooperative in Ethiopia is a member of the well-known Yega Sheffield Cooperative Union (YCFCU). Most of its cooperatives are small-scale production farmers, producing no more than 5 bags per person, all wild in the primeval forest, so there is no problem of pesticides and fertilizers. Farmers' women pick up everywhere and are Yega organic beans certified by the Fair Trade Association.
