Mantenin Coffee, Ankora Coffee and Lintong Coffee grown in Sumatra are the most delicious coffee in the world. These coffees are characterized by mellow, full-bodied, more earthy flavor than Java Arabica, with unique herbal tones and low acidity. This low acidity makes them particularly attractive to people who are sensitive to healthy organic acids in coffee.

Sumatran caffeine is widely praised and famous all over the world for its rich and satisfying flavor, although it may be overwhelming for those who are not familiar with it.

Sumatran caffeine is famous for being very suitable for home baking, with a medium baking degree, but it is also suitable for deep baking because its rich, spicy flavor persists in deep baking. This, coupled with relatively low prices, makes them a good complement to the mixture.

Lintong area

Lintong coffee has moderate sweetness, low acidity, complex earthy aroma and unique cedar and spice flavor that any other coffee does not have. Lintong, Sumatra grows in the north-central part of Sumatra Island near Lake dopa in Lintong Nihuta region, which has the altitude needed to grow Arabica coffee. High-quality Lintong is distinguished from its regional relatives because of its clean acidity, brighter acidity and smaller taste (still considered to be medium-bodied).

Aceh region

Aceh is one of the few regions in the world that offer aged coffee-it is usually stored for months or years to change and develop the flavor, rather than selling it on the market immediately. This extra care can incur associated costs (some damage, some storage, some management) and usually lead to slightly higher prices. Although the taste itself is no better or worse than ordinary Sumatra, it is valued for its complexity and rarity among enthusiasts.

Although coffee produced in Aceh and Lintong is very popular, Lampung does not see much activity from importers. Middlemen and wholesalers are hard to find in the market these years. Mandheling coffee is often sought after by food service dealers because of its unique and complex flavor, which is regarded as an exotic experience in restaurants and cafes.

Contract-adding area

The Gayo area includes the highlands around Mount Gayo and Lake Tawar at an altitude of 1300-1600 m. These coffees are usually processed using the traditional "Gilling Basah" method.
