Most of the Japanese brands of pot body materials are very good for temperature control, and the price gap is obvious.

There is a lot of talk about the importance of hand-brewed pots, but our theme today is "Is it worth buying coffee?"

It hasn't even started yet, it's already started, but I'm just discussing the importance of the hand-brewed pot and the remaining value of the coffee without the hand-brewed pot.

Well, these days they're square. In other words, his extraction and hand flushing were different, and even more similar to the method of pressing. In my opinion, it is to use the hand to make the coffee with the extraction rate, so the importance of the hand pot is relatively improved. II. Good or bad (out of 60 points)

If ear-hanging coffee is terrible, it's not as sweet as instant coffee. So let's put aside his applicability for a moment and compare his production with v60.

3. The water temperature used is the same: 88 degrees, the amount is the same: 16 grams, and the concentration is 1:16.

4. The extraction time is also approximately the same, including stewing time.

5. Kalita's crane-billed pot is used uniformly.

Because it is a hand punch, so the author used V60 No. 1.

The two cups of coffee made in this way are compared and commented on by the author from several places.

a. In terms of dry fragrance, the score obtained after taking a deep breath is. Hanger 30, freshly ground 85.

b. Acidity, since beans are medium to dark baked, it is reasonable to use a water temperature of 88 degrees. The acidity score of hanging ears is 5 points, and fresh grinding is 70 points. Even hanging ears some can not feel, this point I invited a few people around, came to the same answer.

c. wet fragrance, ear hanging 40, fresh grinding 75.

d.Body texture, ear hanging 30, freshly ground 70.

e. Ending rhyme, hanging ear will appear obvious sweetness, but not long time; fresh grinding play stable, sweet back OK.

For the time being, score five points. Taken together, I personally give a score of 50(30 points), and now grind 80.
