New French pressure Coffee maker: Espro Press
The new Espro Press pressure coffee pot is characterized by a "double-layer microfiltration" design, which not only retains the advantages of the traditional pressure pot to reflect the original flavor of coffee, but also reduces the coffee residue in the coffee liquid.
Some people disagree when they see the picture: what is the new way to press the coffee pot? Isn't it just a layer of filter?! In reality, there are always some people who complain about the imperfections in life on the one hand and scoff at the efforts of others on the other. Yes, there is only a little improvement, but the taste of coffee is very different, so your coffee may feel different.
Coffee enthusiasts Chris Mclean (design engineer) and Bruce Constantine (engineer / business owner) spent nearly two years developing this new Espro Press French coffee maker. Although it is similar to the traditional pressure pot, it is a double-layer microfiltration design, which not only retains the advantage that the kettle can reflect the original flavor of coffee, but also reduces the coffee residue in the coffee liquid. It is said that the second filter of the double-layer microfiltration design is 5 to 10 times smaller than that of the traditional kettle filter on the market.
The Espro Press currently on sale is only a small size (1-3 servings of coffee) and sells for $70. The company is preparing to produce a larger 1.25-liter (42.27-ounce) pot, which can make 30 ounces (0.89 liters) of coffee at a time, suitable for 2-4 people (4-8 cups of coffee).
