Fuji in Japan, Diedrich in the United States, Probat in Germany, Giesen in the Netherlands, etc., in addition, South Korea and Taiwan also have production, although the domestic coffee market is not very good, but the production of roasters is extremely prosperous, casually searching the Internet is a lot, worthy of being the factory of the world. With so many roasters, I studied online for more than half a year, and finally chose a few among the prices I was willing to pay, domestic HB and SanDouke, Fuji discovery 250g, Taiwan Yangjia 800N.
The final choice of the machine is the top version of the domestic SanDouke 500X semi-direct 500g roaster, which is basically what the seller said. As for the size of the roaster, I play at home by myself, 500g is enough. Originally wanted to choose the electric heating type, because it is convenient, but there is no way to change the power supply at home, even if the cable is changed, we still have to take the open line, which is very ugly. In the end, I didn't choose the other three, first, because of the price, and second, because I couldn't connect to the computer to read the data. in fact, I could change the HB, but I wanted the embedded one. The machine was ordered in November last year. I predicted that the machine would be received by mid-January at the latest, but the intermediate seller sent my machine to someone else by mistake. Finally, I received the machine two days before I went back to my hometown. There are still some twists and turns after receiving the machine. I'll talk about it later.

Finally, I got the cooling fan after I came back from my hometown.

A pressure reducing valve needs to be installed after the pipe is connected to the machine. However, it later proved that this pressure relief valve is not suitable, because the previous model is 2 stoves, the new version is changed to 4, requiring greater intake pressure.

After tossing about this, adjustable pressure reducing valve, but the firepower still can not keep up with, the household is no longer suitable, have to go up to the medium pressure valve, there is no time for the recent festival, can only temporarily use a small firepower.




The main body of the machine should be connected to the silver collection bucket, and the exhaust also goes from here.


This is the exhaust fan, which produces the hot air inside the machine and sucks away the silver skin of the coffee beans at the same time. It is installed on the top of the silver leather collection tube. In use, the exhaust efficiency of this fan is not high, and then you will consider replacing this one when you have time.

Connect the computer data cable, which is used to read the internal temperature of the machine, mainly exhaust temperature and bean temperature, which is the legendary recording baking curve. Compared with recording and drawing by hand, it is of course the most convenient and convenient to record automatically while baking, which is also a very important reason why I chose this machine. I thought installing this thing was similar to installing a printer, but it hurt me a lot. I debugged for two consecutive nights before the Spring Festival, but it didn't work in the end. Finally, the seller said to mail me a new converter that supports win8. Originally, I was going to use MBA for testing, but I gave it up because of incompatibility.

I basically freeze on high because there will be a harsh noise when I set it to 60-80. I also take time out to test machines, baking and so on. The photos taken are also very messy, taken at different times. At present, it has not fully entered the state, the pressure reducing valve should be changed first. After that, there is an exhaust fan, and the gas is connected to the central gas supply. At present, gas cylinders are used because it is too late to change. How to say, there are still limitations at home, such as exhaust cooling pipe can not go very good, I hope it will be much better with hard pipe. Leave some regrets. Let's talk about this machine, in fact, in the end, instead of trying to save time and buy mature machines such as Nissan or Taiwan, they have been made in China, not because they can't afford it, but because of the price and function. After I saw this machine, my feeling about the domestic roaster was bright in front of my eyes, because unlike other domestic baking manufacturers, they built machines just for the sake of making machines. But San Douke added some innovations, or what I call gimmicks, to build the roaster, including shaftless inner pots, adjustable boilers, and industrial-grade data output solutions.
