Abstract: RS-16 is designed and produced by German Coffee Consulate (German coffee scholar). It is a pure glass hand filter cup that restores the original flavor of coffee.

Speaking of hand brewing coffee, according to the filter material is divided into: filter paper type, metal mesh and filter cloth type. However, no matter which type of filtration it is, it will more or less affect the flavor of the extracted coffee, or prevent some coffee from entering the extraction solution or bringing some flavor that does not belong to the coffee.

1. Weigh 16 grams of coffee beans

2. grind it into coffee powder (coffee powder can be directly connected with a filter cup)

3. Assemble the brewing filter cup and the lower pot, and place them on the electronic scale.

4. Slowly pour in the hot water of 100ml to give it a steaming effect.

5. After the gouache liquid level drops, add the hot water of 50ml.

6. Finally, add the remaining 50ml and wait for the coffee liquid to be completely extracted.
