Brewing coffee with a filter cup is a quite economical and convenient method. Its principle is the same as that of American coffee, but it seems simple but actually requires considerable experience. After 2 or 3 flushes, until the pot below reaches the standard amount of water we want (150 grams per cup), remove the filter cup immediately, regardless of whether there is still water in the cup or not. Step 7, heat the brewed coffee a little bit, it will taste better, but never boil the coffee. When using a filter cup to make coffee, one of the key points is not to brew too little because the less the powder, the more difficult it is to control the amount of water.
Pack the filter cloth and put in the right amount of coffee powder. You need 10 to 12g coffee powder per person, corresponding to 120ml water. [1]
