Flavor description of Panamanian Alida Manor Coffee A brief introduction to the region of Grinding scale production
Panamanian Arida Estate Coffee Flavor Description Taste Grind Scale Production Region Grind Profile
Alida Manor, owned by its owner, Weaver Ramos, grows three varieties, including Tiberias, Crescents and Catalans, which are cultivated in nursery areas. The road to the manor was beautiful, and at 1,700 meters the air became cold, like walking in the mountains enjoying a forest bath and breathing fresh air. The 2,000-meter-long terrain of the manor is steep, and after crossing the line to reach the saddle, it is flat and open, and the terrain can avoid the howling mountain wind. Weaver says it's the best place to grow roses.
Yegashefi's coffee trees were cultivated by European monks (a bit like Belgian monks growing wheat to brew beer) and later by farmers or cooperatives. Yerga Shefi is actually constructed by surrounding coffee communities or cooperatives, including Idido, Harfusa, Hama, and Biloa near Misty Valley, all washed, but a small number of unique beans are deliberately sunburned to enhance the charming fruity flavor and body. These mountain villages are foggy, spring all year round, cool but not hot in summer, rain but not damp in winter, and they have a unique regional flavor of citrus and flowers. Coffee trees are mostly planted in farmers 'backyards or mixed with other crops in the field. The yield per household is not much. It is a typical pastoral coffee. The Yejia Shefei award-winning beans are almost from the above coffee villages and communities
After the beans are ground, the floral flavor is obvious, and the wet fragrance of the middle extract is the strongest. Coffee placed a little while, flowers, lychee, cherry flavor obvious (smell can also drink). Overall clean, mixed fruit and flower aromas, hot drinks sweet, cold drinks cherry wine flavor outstanding (I like to cool), smooth and free of impurities, mellow moderate to thin
