Evaluation of the use of MAVAM ESPRESSO coffee machine

It has not been a day or two since Mavam brushed the screen. Last month, founder Michael came to China. I had the honor to have some communication with him. I have a deeper understanding of the design concept and performance of this machine. I will share it with you here.
- About MAVAM-

Mavam Espresso was born in April 2015 in a warehouse on Capitol Hill on 11th Avenue in Seattle. In the same year, Mavam Espresso won the Best New Coffee Fest. The original concept of the project was developed by Terry Ziniewicz and Michael Gregory.
About Terry Ziniewicz
Terry Ziniewicz, founder of Espresso Part, sold the company in 2012 and went on to invest in his favorite professional coffee machine project.
About Michael Gregory
Michael Gregory, founder of Mavam, grew up with easy access to espresso machines because his father was an engineer with 40 years of experience manufacturing and selling espresso machines. Perhaps influenced by his father, Michael's focus and passion for coffee machines grew stronger.
It can be said that Michael Gregory poured his lifelong passion for coffee into Mavam, and all of Mavam's products were hand-crafted in Seattle, Washington.
MAVAM's philosophy: simplicity and stability

The stability of the coffee machine is Michael's concern, through many experiments he found a way to ensure temperature stability, is under Counter(built-in) way. So Mavam managed to keep the quality consistent from the first cup to the last. (At Mavam's sharing session, Terry demonstrated Mavam's temperature stability in front of more than 50 people.) He extracted coffee in 600 seconds. As a result, there will be no temperature loss of more than 1 degree.)

Simplicity is Mavam's design style. The simple and stylish bar allows guests to face no longer the huge cold machine back. Guests can see how their barista extracts a delicious cup of coffee, and the barista can communicate with guests during the process of making coffee. This makes the bar not only a work area for baristas, but also a platform for baristas to interact with guests.
