The function of vacuum

⒈ removes the non-condensable gas from the system: the existence of the non-condensable gas will increase the condensation pressure and exhaust temperature of the system, and affect the refrigeration effect; it may also lead to the carbonization of the lubricating oil at high temperature, endanger the normal operation of the compressor, and even burn out the compressor motor.

⒉ removes moisture from the system: moisture is the biggest killer in the refrigeration system (especially the Freon system in the steam compression refrigeration cycle). First of all, the interaction between lubricating oil and moisture will produce acid, which will corrode the system, and at the same time, it will cause "copper plating" phenomenon, damaging the compressor; at the same time, moisture will cause ice in the expansion valve port or capillary tube, resulting in "ice blockage".

Positive pressure

A positive pressure is a state of gas that is higher than normal pressure (that is, an atmospheric pressure). For example, when you pump air into a bicycle or car tire, the outlet of the pump or pump produces positive pressure.
