Alishan Mafeel coffee belongs to the high-quality high-quality coffee in Taiwan. Mafeel is taken from the language of the Zou people of the Alishan people, which means "very delicious". Alishan is the area where coffee is grown, while the Alishan coffee is grown by the Zou people, and it is also named Mafeel, and the coffee grown belongs to Taiwan coffee.

Due to the low production of Mazu coffee in Alishan, Taiwan coffee is scarce. The manor is located in Leye Village, Alishan Township, Chiayi County, 1200 meters above sea level. There is a large temperature difference between day and night in this area. The coffee beans produced are large, full of aroma, smooth, sweet and slightly sour. In the process of planting, organic fertilizers and natural farming methods are used to be compatible and shared with ecology.

The mature period of coffee is from November to March of the next year, the whole process is picked by hand, the full and full fruit is selected, the skin is removed, and then fermented and cleaned by mountain spring water, it is naturally dried in the sun or dried in a dryer. after being completely dried, it is sent to the warehouse for preservation, the manor has a complete set of post-coffee making equipment. Including fermentation tank, fresh bean peeling machine, raw bean dryer, raw bean shelling machine, polishing machine, classifier and color sorting machine, it is the only coffee farm with complete equipment in Alishan area, and the coffee beans are produced and sold by themselves.
