The mature period of coffee is from November to March of the next year, the whole process is picked by hand, the full and full fruit is selected, the skin is removed, and then fermented and cleaned by mountain spring water, it is naturally dried in the sun or dried in a dryer. after being completely dried, it is sent to the warehouse for preservation, the manor has a complete set of post-coffee making equipment. Including fermentation tank, fresh bean peeling machine, raw bean dryer, raw bean shelling machine, polishing machine, classifier and color sorting machine, it is the only coffee farm with complete equipment in Alishan area, and the coffee beans are produced and sold by themselves.
