Some people will think that the longer the brew, the stronger the flavor, but if you soak for too long, it is easy to extract too many unpleasant flavors and flush out the impurities in the coffee beans. It is recommended that when the amount of water arrives, stop injecting water and soak the coffee powder for about 30 seconds to make a rich and delicious coffee.
