Coffee expert 6 steps to process handmade coffee siphon pot to brew coffee
Are you tired of instant coffee? Fragrant handmade coffee can also be made in the home. PChouse specially invited coffee experts from Vietnam to teach you to cook handmade coffee in six steps, buy such a siphon pot with exquisite coffee cups, buy a bag of coffee powder that suits your own taste, and even buy coffee beans to go home and grind them by yourself, you can avoid a bunch of artificial additives and produce mellow and natural coffee.
Step 1: heat the water
Here, take the siphon pot as an example, add the right amount of water to the lower pot and heat it.
Step 2: straighten up and insert into the upper pot
Bring the lower pot to the boil thoroughly, straighten the tilted upper pot, shake it left and right, press it down slightly, and gently stuff it into the lower pot. After the upper pot is plugged in, you can see that the water in the next pot begins to climb up.
Step 3: pour in the coffee powder
When the water in the next pot climbs up to the top pot, you can pour in the coffee powder.
Step 4: stir
Stir and dissolve the coffee powder.
Step 5: flameout and siphon
Remove the torch lamp, take the prepared dishcloth and gently wrap the side of the pot from the side to prevent the wet cloth from touching the flame at the bottom of the pot to prevent the pot from breaking. At this time, you can see the coffee in the upper pot siphoning quickly to the lower pot. If the sealing effect of your upper pot is good enough, there will be a lot of light brown bubbles in the pot.
Step 6: pour into the coffee cup
After the coffee is sucked into the lower pot, hold the upper pot in one hand and the lower pot in the other, and gently shake the pot left and right to separate the upper pot from the lower pot. Pour the coffee into a preheated coffee cup and enjoy the mellow coffee.
