The rare Congolese coffee is fairly clean and balanced with obvious dried fruit flavors such as apricots and figs and a rich body finish.
This fully washed organic certified coffee from the Tsheya and Minova villages of Karlach was founded in 2003 by 286 members to increase the quality and yield of small farmers. 28% of the members are made up of women, which has had a quite positive impact locally and strengthened the local public construction of the community, and the membership has increased to 5300 members in 2014. The number of members will soon reach 10000 hectares. This bean is quite clean and balanced with obvious dried fruit flavors such as apricots and figs, and the body ending is rich.
