Farmers produce high-quality coffee with great enthusiasm and expertise, which also makes the coffee export market booming. High-altitude good coffee is only harvested once a year, in November and February of the following year.

Tecapa-Chinameca, located in San Miguel City, Lempa River and Grande River, produces rich coffee with sweet flavors of chocolate, cantaloupe, apples, grapes and other ripe fruits. Apaneca-Ilamatepec is located in the mountains of western El Salvador, where coffee is produced with peach, cream, chocolate flavors, citrus acidity and delicate taste.
