La Pradera

Hacienda La Pradera is a specialty coffee project that adapts to organic practices through certification to ensure the innocuity and quality of the product. Fifty years ago, this was a dessertic Santander area located in Chicamocha Canyon. Now it has become a 100ha forest offering more than 10 varieties under the shade of trees to grow organic with special varieties and innovative practices and treatment methods to create professional coffee profiles.

The goal is to discover new markets, trends and meet customer needs. Hacienda La Pradera is committed to the research and development of equipment to achieve process differentiation. Today, the farm has a coffee laboratory, which is good for other producers because they can find ways to train and improve quality. This allows Hacienda La Pradera coffee to be exported directly to the international market and to import quality coffee from Santander and Colombia through partners.
